How it works
Your crews travel with a Palm® PDA loaded with PocketClock software.
Using a personalized PIN, each worker can clock in and out and assign cost
codes with just a few taps on the screen. PocketClock also enables Foremen/Supervisors
to clock in for entire crews, saving time and further increasing accuracy.
And if your crew gets called to a new customer site in the middle of their workday – no problem.
With PocketClock, new jobsites can be added on the fly.
Foremen and Supervisors have additional field management options available to them.
They can clock in for others, reassign cost codes, and enter field notes right into the PocketClock,
all while in the field.
Easily track cost codes
Many businesses track various worker activities (cost codes) to help with accurate bidding and job costing.
PocketClock can store an unlimited number of cost codes, and workers can easily select the applicable code
from a list. Workers can also quickly switch activities during the day.
Accurate information for you and your payroll system
At any time during or after the work week, PocketClock is easily carried into the office and quickly synchronizes
its data with your office computer for review and export to your accounting or payroll system. If the jobsites are far away
from your office, your foreman can send the data over the Internet using our
JobClock.NET™ service. Either way,
Exaktime TimeSummit® software is your information hub.
Once the records are in TimeSummit, they can be edited, overtime can be calculated and you can print out dozens
of clear, concise reports.
PocketClocks can be used by themselves or with JobClocks as part of a fully integrated JobClock System.
Workers can clock in and out on either PocketClocks or JobClocks throughout the week. Timekeeping and attendance
records from both devices are transferred to TimeSummit, which assembles all of the data automatically.
