In addition to the primary user of TimeSummit software (probably your payroll specialist), there may be several others in your office who would
benefit from having access to your time and attendance records. Project managers, estimators, controllers, and additional bookkeeping staff can
also access TimeSummit by taking advantage of its networking capabilities.
Your primary license of TimeSummit acts as the center of your system where your database of time and attendance information resides.
You can have as many additional software licenses as you like, all accessing the information stored in the central system’s database.
There are two choices for additional licenses of TimeSummit:
|
Full TimeSummit Network Licenses
For those users who need to add new employees, JobClocks and Keytabs, PocketClock jobsites and cost codes, a full networked license of
TimeSummit is needed. These users will also have the ability to edit employee or jobsite records, and of course, run reports and export records.
|
|
TimeSummit Reporter
For those who you would like to provide access to information but who you do not want to allow the ability to edit records, there is TimeSummit
Reporter. TimeSummit Reporter has all of the reporting capabilities and data export capabilities as TimeSummit, but does not provide the
ability to edit records, add employees, add JobClocks or PocketClocks.
