FAQs

What do I need to take the course?

All you need is a computer with high-speed internet access (DSL or Cable) and a phone line. When you register, we’ll provide you with all the information you need to attend.

How do I register?

Click the desired date/time after each course description to register for that class.

How exactly do the classes work?

We use the internet for what you see and the phone for what you hear. After you register, we will send you an email confirming your registration. That email will have a link that you click to join the class on the day and time it is scheduled.

Once you are online, you will see the computer screen in our training room complete with video cameras and demonstration software. You will then dial into a conference call where everyone in the class can hear the instructor on their phones. You will even be able to ask questions and take online surveys during the class!
