Arcoro is empowering customers to succeed.
Arcoro held its annual Elevate Users Conference on Oct. 9, 2024, in Phoenix, Ariz. The 2024 theme, “Empowering You to Succeed,” aligned with Arcoro’s efforts to meet the needs and aspirations of its customers. Led by Arcoro’s product and customer success experts, the conference included sessions that focused on Arcoro’s solutions, including ExakTime, and offered best practices about how to use the many features included in the HR technology solutions.
Attendees included a mix of new and returning customers that took part in a variety of learning sessions, networking opportunities and one-on-one meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.

“This year’s Elevate was an incredible opportunity for the Arcoro community to come together and learn from one another,” says Megan Stillerman, Chief Customer Officer for Arcoro. “While we do our best to connect digitally, being together, in person, is so valuable. We received some great feedback, were able to share important best practices and trends and connect at a more human level with our customers, partners and one another, holding true our company’s spirit of partnership within the construction industry. Over the coming months, we’ll be finding ways to bring the benefits of an event like Elevate into our everyday business together, and we’re already looking forward to planning our next event.”
Customers gave Arcoro’s speakers high marks for their ability to cover specific content in detail and they appreciated being able to engage with experts after the formal sessions. Customers also shared how much they loved being able to engage with other companies and collaborate while also hearing about new features to get a best practice perspective
The Elevate conference was created to help customers expand their knowledge of Arcoro’s HR technology solutions and platform. Arcoro recognizes that many solutions have invaluable features that users may not be taking full advantage of, and others have just started to automate their processes and want to go further.
Customers told Arcoro experts that they felt like they just touched the surface with what they learned at Elevate. Others were excited to share how much HR tech has improved their processes, like how one customer said ExakTime alone has saved them seven hours per week compared to using paper time cards.
